Park Blvd. will be closed to EASTBOUND traffic between Park Drive and South Kings Highway. This closure will be in effect on Saturday, July 28 between 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday, July 31 between 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Weather Permitting. Rain Date will be on Wednesday, August 1). This is due to milling and paving of the roadway. There will be a posted detour route at Grove and Park directing traffic to proceed north on Grove to eastbound Route 70 then to S. Kings. There is also a southbound detour for traffic to follow Grove to E. Kings Highway and back to S. Kings. Local traffic can use Park Boulevard in both directions from Grove to Park Drive. All eastbound local traffic will be diverted onto Park Drive to Route 70 eastbound. CHPD officers will be on location at points for the closure and to provide assistance.
