樱桃山镇议会任命两名新议员填补空缺
市长戴夫·弗莱舍宣誓就职小丹尼尔·迪伦佐和吉尔·胡尼克
(Cherry Hill, NJ) – Cherry Hill 镇委员会 yesterday evening appointed Daniel V. DiRenzo, Jr., a retired professional firefighter, and Jill Hulnick, an independent consultant and community volunteer, to serve as Council members, filling vacancies until the November election.

“Both Dan and Jill are dedicated to serving our community and advocating for our residents,” Council President Bill Carter said. “My colleagues on Council and I look forward to their contributions and are confident that Cherry Hill will be well served by their leadership.”

He has also served as a Student Support Supervisor at Cherry Hill High School West and holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Rutgers University.
“Throughout my years of serving the Cherry Hill community, I have had the opportunity to understand the concerns and issues residents face and to help advocate on their behalf,” DiRenzo said. “I am excited about working with my fellow Council members and Mayor Fleisher and his administration to further strengthen our neighborhoods and foster a shared sense of pride in the community we call home.”
Hulnick, who lives Cherry Hill’s Willowdale neighborhood, is an independent consultant who works with businesses, nonprofits and government organizations to develop and implement strategic plans, improve operations and encourage stakeholder engagement.
Hulnick is an active volunteer who serves on the Jewish Federation’s Planning and Visioning Committee and the Jewish Community Foundation’s Grantmaking Committee. 她毕业于塔夫茨大学，并持有哈佛商学院工商管理硕士学位。
“I am honored to have this opportunity to serve on Council, not only to ensure that Cherry Hill remains an incredible place, but also to play a part in making every individual feel welcome, well-supported and most importantly, connected,” Hulnick said. “I look forward to using my experience to help move Cherry Hill forward.”
Council appointed DiRenzo and Hulnick to fill vacancies that occurred when Fleisher, who previously served as Council President, began his term as Mayor and former Council Vice President Brian Bauerle stepped down to serve as the Township’s Chief of Staff.
