Welcome to Cherry Hill!

Dear Neighbors and Friends:

Cherry Hill is a special place, and I am pleased to welcome you to our community!

In Cherry Hill, cultural events and recreational activities for residents of all ages and abilities abound. We offer art and music lessons, group exercise classes, summer camps and much more. Our seasonal special events such as outdoor concerts and festivals bring our community together and foster a sense of pride in our town.

And with the robust programming at our award-winning public library — the heart of town — there’s always something to check out. Visit https://chplnj.org to learn more.

Cherry Hill also has over 1,600 acres of preserved natural open spaces and more than 50 parks, trails, playgrounds and sports fields throughout the Township, which means you’re never far from a place where you can enjoy the outdoors.

Additionally, the Township owns and operates two properties on the National Register of Historic Places, Barclay Farmstead Museum, a preserved farm that is over 200 years old, and the Croft Farm Arts Center, a vibrant arts center and open space that was once a stop on the Underground Railroad.

A great way to get to know your neighbors is through volunteering. Volunteers help support our recreational programs and our library, and help keep Cherry Hill green by engaging in initiatives that protect and improve our natural resources. You can visit our website at / to see available opportunities.

Our neighborhoods are our biggest strength here in Cherry Hill, and as your Mayor, I am committed to keeping our communities strong and to ensuring you and all our residents receive high-quality municipal services, including a top-notch police department, reliable trash and recycling collection and dependable snow and leaf removal.

I am also committed to ensuring any questions or concerns you may have are answered promptly and professionally. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Constituent Services Team by phone at 856.488.7878 or by email at connect@chnj.gov. You can also visit the Township website to report a concern such as a pothole or a fallen tree.

I — along with my entire administration and your elected representatives on Town Council — thank you for calling Cherry Hill home.

We look forward to seeing you around town!

Your Mayor,

Dave Fleisher
