Every business in the township is required to obtain a 签署许可证 whenever they are installing a new sign or changing an existing sign. This applies to façade, as well as, freestanding signs. Sign permits are available online or in the 社区发展署 (Room 202).

There are a number of situations that may trigger the need for an application to one of the township's Land Use Development Boards. If you are opening a new business in Cherry Hill and you are planning to build a new building, make changes to the building or parking lot, you may need to apply to the 规划委员会 for a site plan approval. 变更的大小将决定地盘图则的批准是大还是小。此外，如果您要从以前的用途中大幅度改变网站的用途，您可能需要向规划委员会提交变更用途申请。

The township's Planners will review your site plan and offer helpful advice as to improvements that may be made, any variances or design waivers that may be required from the township's Ordinance, and other useful information that will simplify the review of the plan by the Board you are applying to. 这也可能大大减少审查你的申请所需的时间。
