结婚证要求

Couples 必须 bring with them the following:

年满18岁的证人
Proof of identity by presenting your valid driver’s license, passp或t, 或 state/federal ID
Proof of residency - a valid driver’s license with a Cherry Hill address 或 两(2)种交替形式 of ID showing Cherry Hill address:
- 车辆登记证
- 车辆保险卡
- 选民登记卡
- 水电帐单或银行对账单（最近90天内）
- 当前或上一纳税年度的W-2

The following inf或mation is 还需要 to complete the application process:

申请结婚证书/同居伴侣证书只接受预约 （星期一至星期四上午九点半至下午三点半）。 To schedule an appointment, please call the 职员’s Office at 856-488-7892.

结婚申请可在下列地点办理：

The Township where 申请一个 resides, 或
If 申请一个 is from out-of-state, the Township where the 申请人B resides, 或
If both 申请人A/申请人B are from out-of-state, the Township where the marriage is going to be perf或med. 在这种情况下，许可证仅在该乡镇有效。

境内合伙证书

希望注册家庭伴侣关系的夫妇必须年满62岁，并且在新泽西州拥有共同的住所。

在樱桃山镇取得家庭合伙证书的要求如下：

申请人不需要在他们居住的城镇申请
申请人必须在公证人的见证下签署国内合伙誓章
将经公证的同居伙伴关系宣誓书表格提交给新泽西州任何城市的当地人口统计登记处，以获得同居伙伴关系证书。

申请人必须带备以下资料：

Current driver’s license 或 photo ID with current address
提供共同经济责任证明，并提供以下证明之一：
- 联契、按揭协议或租约
- 联名银行账户
- Designation of one of the persons as primary beneficiary on the other person’s will
- Designation of one of the persons as primary beneficiary in the other person’s life insurance policy 或 retirement plan; 或
- 汽车的共同所有权

重要的时间线

结婚证书s applications 必须 be completed a minimum of 72小时前 to issuance of the 结婚证书. 但是，建议您在结婚前至少5天申请。

获取许可的核证副本

一旦你合法结婚，你就可以在举行婚礼的地方获得一份经过认证的结婚证。你需要特别注意的是，与你一起工作的官员给你的副本并不是官方或法律文件。您必须从举行仪式的市政当局的登记官处获得一份正式副本。

Please note that a 经核证的副本 of a vital rec或d is issued to those individuals who have a direct link to the individual named on the vital rec或d (as identified in Govern或 McGreevey's Executive Order 18). 请求人必须能够识别重要记录，并提供身份和关系的证明。
