A 业主登记表格 is required by N。J。S。A。 46:8-27 for all rental properties to filed with the municipal clerk。 Failure to register as a landlord and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy for rental properties leaves landlords “unprotected” by 新泽西 Statutes concerning Landlord/Tenant Disputes and is in violation of township requirements。 任何涉及未经检查的未登记或出租物业的分歧可能对业主构成法律挑战和责任。 此表格必须为每个出租物业填写一次，并在表格上的任何信息更改后30天内更新。

B。 LEAD-BASED PAINT INSPECTIONS FOR RENTAL DWELLINGS
