什么是经济适用房？
经济适用房是指供出租或出售的收入限制型住房。 In most instances, affordable housing is restricted to households with earnings that must be at or below 80 percent of the area median household income (AMI) for the region where the housing is located. 一些住房单元是为收入在AMI的30%到50%之间的低收入家庭设计的，而其他住房单元可能是为收入在AMI的30%或以下的极低收入家庭设计的。

The Township of Cherry Hill is required to comply with the statutory midpoint review requirements of the 公平住房法 (“FHA”) at N.J.S.A. 52:27D-313 which provides in pertinent part: “…the Council shall establish procedures for a realistic opportunity review at the midpoint of the certification period and shall provide for notice to the public…”
