招标邀请书

An 招标邀请书 is required for any commodity, service or public improvement when the cost exceeds the statutory bid threshold ($40,000 with QPA), pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-3 and must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions prescribed in the respective bid package. 如果投标人从采购部门获得规格，将自动注册。 如果投标人从乡镇网站下载规格，则要求他们在采购部门注册，以确保收到任何和所有附录。

Vendors are encouraged to read the Township's designated official newspaper (Courier Post) for publications as well as the Township website for "Notice to Bidders' for current 招标 announcements. 招标's are publicly opened and read aloud at the date, time (prevailing time) and location specified on the Notice to Bidders. 供应商被邀请参加所有的开幕式，但出席不是强制性的。

All proposals must be returned in hard copy to the 采购 Department as specified in the Notice to Bidders and should also submit an electronic copy on a CD or flash drive on/or before the due date. 不接受电子邮件或传真的提案。

Pursuant to N.J.S.A 40A:11-23c, Addenda may be issued for Bids and will be provided to any person who has received a Bid package as prescribed by law.

For 招标's, a vendor may obtain a Bid package by contacting the 采购 Department or a bid may be downloaded from the Township website. All 招标s must be submitted on forms supplied by the Township. 如果规格没有下载，而是在采购部门获得，可能会有费用。 如果需要，费用必须在发布投标前收到。
