在网上提交分区许可申请时，请仔细遵循所有指示。 在线支付要求在提交时付款，可以用信用卡或电子支票支付（直接从您的银行付款）。 如果你想用支票付款，你的申请必须邮寄到乡镇。 Please see the 分区 page for more information.

所有住宅申请必须包括：
- 显示建议改善的物业的调查、平面图或航拍图像，并提供以下信息：
- 所有尺寸，如改进的长度，宽度和高度（如果建造围栏，请注明围栏的类型，如乙烯基，木材，链环等）。
- 所有适用地段线的挫折。

- If the applicant is not the owner of the property, a 业主同意书 also required.

非住宅用途:

- For a change of ownership 只有, provide the name and address of the prior owner and the new/proposed owner.

If any exterior site work is proposed, please contact the board secretary at boardsecretary@chnj.gov to determine if a land use board application may be required before submitting your application online.
