止赎/遗弃/空置物业登记

On May 8, 2023, Cherry Hill Township Council passed Ordinance 2023 - 4 which requires creditors of residential and commercial properties to notify Cherry Hill Township within 10 days of filing an action to foreclose on a mortgage. 该条例还要求债权人向樱桃山乡物业维修部提交一份登记表格和费用，以便对该物业进行登记。

To register a foreclosed/abandoned/vacant property, applicants can download the 报名表格（PDF）, fill it out and mail it in with a check for the required fee, or submit the 请求在线 (SDL Login Required).

报名表格必须包含以下资料：

  • 债权人（银行）的全称和地址
  • 负责公司违规行为和登记发票的接收
  • 负责物业维护的州内代理人

登记必须每年更新一次，直到取消抵押品赎回权和/或财产被重新占用为止。
