    1. All emergency contacts must know how to reset the alarm
    2. Please list contacts in the order they are to be called.
    3. Anyone responding for an alarm activation should contact dispatch at 856-665-1200 prior to arrival.
  4. Alarm Company Information:
  5. If you need to list additional emergency contacts, please submit an additional form with their information. Notify the police department within seven calendar days of any changes the alarm system or emergency contacts. All questions regarding the alarm registration process can be answered by calling the Records Unit at 856-488-7822.
