If an event is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist in case a spot becomes available. Once registered, the Recreation Department will contact you within a week with further instructions to finalize and secure your spot.

We are hosting Music Under the Stars, a summer concert series held on Tuesday evenings, July 15, 22, and 29 at the Barclay Farmstead (209 Barclay Lane). We are seeking 2 dinner trucks and 2 dessert trucks for all 3 nights. Please use the appropriate form to sign up. You must be available ALL 3 NIGHTS.

FEES: 
Barclay Farmstead Event Fee: $150 (MUST COME TO ALL 3 NIGHTS)
Mobile Food Vending License: $25 (1 day) or $100 (full year, available April 1) required by the Cherry Hill Township Clerk's Office.

YOUR SPACE IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL THE RECREATION DEPARTMENT CONTACTS YOU AND PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
