2025 Independence Day Celebration Food Truck Sign-Up Form

You can now register for additional events.
If an event is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist in case a spot becomes available. Once registered, the Recreation Department will contact you within a week with further instructions to finalize and secure your spot.
We are hosting an Independence Day Celebration with Fireworks, on Thursday, July 3 (rain date July 5) at the Michael J. Santarpio Field at Jonas C. Morris Stadium at Cherry Hill High School West (2101 Chapel Ave.). We are seeking 4 dinner, 4 dessert, and up to 2 beverage (non-alcoholic) trucks. Please use the appropriate form to sign up.
FEES:
Recreation Department Event Fee: $100
Mobile Food Vending License: $25 (1 day) or $100 (full year, available April 1) required by the Cherry Hill Township Clerk's Office.
YOUR SPACE IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL THE RECREATION DEPARTMENT CONTACTS YOU AND PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
