结婚证要求

Couples 必须 bring with them the following:

一名年满18岁的证人 （主礼人不能担任证人）
身份证明 有一个有效的 driver’s license, passp或t, 或 state/federal ID
居住证明，可以用：
- A valid driver’s license showing a 樱桃山地址 OR
- 两(2)种替代形式的ID 附有樱桃山地址，例如：
  - 车辆登记证
  - 车辆保险卡
  - 选民登记卡
  - 水电帐单或银行对账单（最近90天内的日期）
  - 本纳税年度或上一纳税年度的W-2

完成申请程序需要提供以下资料：

社会安全号码 (如适用)
父母的全名，以及 出生的州或国家
主礼人的姓名及地址 执行仪式，以及 举行婚姻/民事结合的城镇
If either applicant was previously married 或 in a civil union, the 离婚/解散日期 and the 提起诉讼的法院名称

预约

申请结婚证书/同居伴侣证书只接受预约。 Appointments are scheduled 周二至周四上午9:30至下午3:30。 To book an appointment, please call the 职员’s Office at 856-488-7892.

结婚证申请可在以下地点递交：

Either 直辖市 where 申请一个 或 申请人B resides in New Jersey, 或
If 只有 一个申请人 resides in New Jersey, the 直辖市 where that applicant resides, 或
If both applicants are from out of state, the 直辖市 where the marriage will take place. In this case, the marriage license will 只有 be valid in that 直辖市.

境内合伙证书

希望注册家庭伴侣关系的夫妇必须年满62岁，并且在新泽西州拥有共同的住所。

在樱桃山镇取得家庭合伙证书的要求如下：

申请人不需要在他们居住的城镇申请
申请人必须在公证人的见证下签署国内合伙誓章
将经公证的同居伙伴关系宣誓书表格提交给新泽西州任何城市的当地人口统计登记处，以获得同居伙伴关系证书。

申请人必须带备以下资料：

Current driver’s license 或 photo ID with current address
提供共同经济责任证明，并提供以下证明之一：
- 联契、按揭协议或租约
- 联名银行账户
- Designation of one of the persons as primary beneficiary on the other person’s will
- Designation of one of the persons as primary beneficiary in the other person’s life insurance policy 或 retirement plan; 或
- 汽车的共同所有权

重要的时间线

结婚证书 applications 必须 be completed at least 72小时 bef或e the 结婚证书 can be issued. However, it is recommended that you submit your application at least 5天 pri或 to your scheduled marriage date to allow sufficient processing time.

获取许可的核证副本

Once you are 合法结婚, you 必须 obtain a 经核证的副本 of your marriage license from the Registrar’s Office in the 直辖市 where the ceremony took place. Please note that the document provided by the officiant at your ceremony 不是正式的或合法的副本吗. 要获得法律认可的认证副本，你必须向你结婚的城市的登记官申请。

Please note that a 经核证的副本 of a vital rec或d is issued to those individuals who have a direct link to the individual named on the vital rec或d (as identified in Govern或 McGreevey's Executive Order 18). 请求人必须能够识别重要记录，并提供身份和关系的证明。
